If you’re feeling upset or confused, or something difficult is happening in your life, it can help to talk to someone who isn’t directly involved.

I offer regular weekly counselling appointments, to help you make sense of what is going on, to understand your feelings better, and to think about any changes you might want to make.  Creating the time and space to take a step back and talk to someone impartial can help to see things differently.

Counselling can help with many challenges, including managing anxiety; feeling depressed, confused, or stuck; processing losses and bereavements; handling difficult relationships or life events.  It can help you to feel more in control of your life; and more confident to make changes in yourself, your life, your relationships.
